Three real choices when your COE is up.
The right answer depends on the vehicle's condition, your road-tax and usage pattern, and what the prevailing PQP is quoting. We walk you through it before you commit.
Renew for 5 years
Pay 50% of the prevailing PQP. The vehicle is up for renewal again in 5 years and can no longer be exported or scrapped for COE rebate afterwards. Loan tenure caps at 60 months.
Renew for 10 years
Pay the full prevailing PQP. The vehicle keeps full transferability and a future rebate window. Loan tenure caps at 84 months.
