Data Deletion & Data Request

If you have contacted Legion Motors Pte Ltd through our website or WhatsApp, you may ask us to delete, correct, or provide access tothe personal data we hold about you, in line with Singapore’s PDPA.

How to make a request

Email kimi@legionmotors.sg with:

• your name;
• the contact details you used with us (mobile number and/or email); and
• your vehicle number, if your enquiry related to a specific vehicle.

Please tell us whether you want your data deleted, corrected, or a copy of it.

How we handle your request

Requests are reviewed manually by our team. We will verify your identity before acting, and respond within a reasonable time as required by the PDPA.

When data may be retained

We may need to keep some information where retention is required for legal, contractual, insurance, or accounting purposes. In that case we will delete what we can and explain what must be retained and why.

WhatsApp users

If you contact us on WhatsApp, you can also request deletion of your conversation data through the same conversation once WhatsApp support is available. Either way, emailing kimi@legionmotors.sg always works.
