• Uploaded documents, where applicable — documents you choose to send us to support an enquiry (for example, a vehicle log card or insurance document).

• arrange appointments, follow-ups, and renewal reminders;
• connect you with our sales advisors and licensed insurance or financing partners; and

Enquiries and messages, including any WhatsApp messages, are reviewed by our team. We do not make significant decisions about you by automated means alone. WhatsApp support may be used as a contact channel once it is available; messages are not auto-sent on your behalf, and a person at Legion Motors handles your request.

These providers process data only on our instructions and under appropriate safeguards.
